Are you a good Project Manager?

TenStep Webinar Series – Starting Next Week

I seldom promote the Ten Step process(shame on me), I just use the principles of it all the time. If you are in marketing, I am sure you have seen many project failures, especially due to project scope "creeping." Seldom do we take the time to learn more about managing a project. Great way to differentiated  your marketing group.

Managing Project Scope Webinar **Next week. Sign up now

May 14, 2009, 1:00 – 4:00 EST, 3 PDUs, $99

Scope is the way that we describe the deliverables and boundaries of a project. Without proper scope definition, you have no chance to manage scope effectively. When a project is defined, certain expectations are set as to what the project will achieve for an agreed upon cost and within an agreed upon timeframe. That is really the purpose of scope change management – to ensure that the initial agreements are met, and that the project manager and the sponsor agree to any changes to the expectations

Other classes:

Building a Project Schedule Webinar – June 11, 1:00 – 4:00 EST,
