I think this is such a simple but powerful message. This type of activity is not just for the sales people but for everyone. The serendipity  we create is powerful. It is one of the best sales tools, I think we have. It is not hard, but it is extremely difficult for most of us to find the time to do it. And we seem to do it in the wrong places. Instead of doing it in out customer’s playground, we do it in ours. If we can step towards the use of our product and play in those playgrounds, I think it creates more opportunity.
