Looking for a Job Referral – Steal an Idea!

By

I build employee, volunteer and sales referral programs for companies using the Duct Tape Marketing Referral Flood program . But, what I really want to talk to you about is how you can use that same message in reverse. If you are looking for a job, take the time to review some referral programs and think how you might take these statements and reverse them in order to get someone to REFER YOU A JOB.

You must remember that a referral system is many times the cornerstone of someone’s hiring practice. And if you could develop an entire army of people wanting to refer you, would you not be better of than you are today. Go study some referral programs and make them work for you.
