The One Page Business PlanTM one day event is a fast pace series that will allow you to develop not only business plans, but a performance model for 1pageplan companies, divisions, departments and individuals. To execute better, faster and cheaper comes from the ability to implement common processes and practices across your entire organization. Without clarity there is procrastination, mistakes and ineffectiveness. Business901 helps companies understand how to best define and utilize this process within their organization. We use the One Page model for building structures to meet the specific needs of the company. That way we can walk into many different types of organization and assist them. We know our plans and you know your business. Our business is getting your organization on One Page.Ok, I am biased! I have used the The One Page Business Plan® for many years and it really has become part of my everyday life. Not of course the Business Plan but the basic structure of it.

What can you do with One Page?

Posted by: | Comments (0)

There are a lot of gadgets out there claiming to be able to make things easy for you and many think of the The One Page Business Plan as one of them. But it has been a shame because I feel quite of bit of effort has been used in convincing people that the OPBP is not a gadjet.

Maybe, we should embrace it rather than keep fighting it. The OPBP is one of the best planning tools I have ever been associated with. I am not saying it as a plug but just as a simple truth. It is such a good template that it can easily used for various types of organizations and also for departments and individuals. It is simply just a good planning and performance tool and I have used quite a few of them.

DOIMy pages are littered with examples and if you would like specific examples, I would encourage you to request an example and we will try our best to furnish one. As  a side note, I have a Webinar this Friday on The OPBP and hope you will take the time to consider it.

By the way, what can you do with One Page, try the Declaration of Independence for starters.
