- Using the GET CLIENTS NOW!book as a text, participants learn a simple but highly effective cookbook approach, straightforward tips, and specific techniques like these:
- What really works to market a service business, and what doesn’t
- How to diagnose what’s wrong with their marketing efforts
- design a program that is suited to your personality, strengths and favorite activities
- How to break out of “analysis paralysis” and determine exactly what you need to do first — and every step of the way
- How to overcome the fear, resistance, and procrastination that block effective action
- How to create a customized, affordable, reusable, and realistic marketing plan
- Ongoing support and encouragement to stick to their plan throughout the program
Program Structure and Agenda: During the first three sessions you will receive all the tools and training needed to design your individual 28-day marketing action plan. You will signed up to start on the first Monday and for the following 28 days. And there is a limited number of seats. Session 1: 60 minutes(Monday @ 3:00PM)
- Explore the basic principles of marketing and promoting yourself, and determine where you are stuck in your own marketing. You will learn about:
- Effective marketing strategies
- How the strategies they choose impact their results
- The Marketing Cycle
- How to decide exactly what to do
Session 2: 60 minutes(Wednesday @ 3:00PM)
- Choose the best marketing strategies for your given personal strengths, target market, and development needs/goals.
- Select your “Success Ingredients” (the missing ingredients you need to be more effective in your employment efforts)
- Design 10 specific daily or weekly marketing actions
- Draft and submit your 28-day marketing action plan to for review and feedback
Session 3: 60 minutes(Friday @ 3:00PM)
- Learn how to use the web as a tool for marketing.
- Use social media to promote yourself and make connections
- Develop landing page for yourself to be found.
Session 4, 5, 6: 45 minutes(Wednesday @ 3:00PM)
- The real power of the GET CLIENTS NOW! program is in these follow-up group coaching sessions, focused on each participant implementing his/her action plan and being coached through any obstacles to success.
- Participants will implement the personalized marketing action plan as they designed in the first two sessions. In each session, you will report what you did and didn’t do and what results you achieved.
- Business901 will coach participants on accountability to their plan, help solve logistical problems, provide assistance with overcoming fear, resistance, and procrastination, and acknowledge efforts and progress.
In addition to the six live webinars and coaching sessions, the program includes:
- White papers and resources
- Website where participants can interact, form referral groups and find additional training resources
- Weekly email support between class sessions
- Review of individual marketing action plans with feedback
- All class sessions are recorded so participants who miss a session, or wish to review, may listen and review at their convenience.
Participant requirements
- Responsible for any long distance charges to call the bridge line
- Computer access to attend webinars.
- Must have his or her own copy of the GET CLIENTS NOW! book(Course includes one.)
- Should have regular access to email
- Attendance at the majority of class sessions
- Submit marketing action plan to program leader for review before beginning of the 28-day coaching period
- 3-5 hours per week for study and implementation of his/her marketing action plan (4-7 hours is ideal, depending on his/her action plan and other commitments)
During the last coaching call of the program we talk about what’s next after the program ends. Most people choose to simply continue with their action plan another week or two, confident that they will reach their program goal within that time frame. They build up momentum and confidence during the 28-day period and are excited to keep going. Those who make or exceed their goal are encouraged to start from the beginning and develop another action plan, perhaps around a different goal.
The GET CLIENTS NOW! program is a marketing system that works over and over again. As people become more comfortable with marketing, they’ll set new kinds of goals and play with different strategies and tactics to increase their success. In addition we have a referral program that will be explained at the conclusion of the 3rd session.
