I enjoyed reading it and putting it to use. Dan Jones is a management thought leader and advisor on applying lean, process thinking to every type of business across the world. Dan is the co-author of the original books on Lean, The Machine That Changed the World: The Story of Lean Production and Lean Thinking: Banish Waste and Create Wealth in Your Corporation.
