Searching for Talent Practitioners

Are you a Human Resource practitioner working in…

  1. Talent Acquisition
  2. Talent Development
  3. Talent Retention

I am planning on interviewing several practitioners on subject matter such as…

  • How does Lean directly help with retention?
  • How does Lean coaching replace or serve as a mentor?
  • How do you hire a Lean/Agile mindset?
  • How Lean helps with diversity?

Would you like to be a guest? The biggest drawback to most it the question, will I be interesting? That is my problem, not yours. And after 500 of them, I certainly have had practice. The podcast is listened to in over 160 countries. The Business901 podcast is not live but recorded and posted weekly. The podcast is done over Skype, Google Hangouts or a regular landline (do not assume it is better), takes about 30 minutes and is edited. If we can do video, I get to distribute it into more channels while leaving the audio only still go out to others. It is quite simple and the idea is to have fun with it and along the line, someone might learn something.
Your message is received by an audience of Service Designers, Human Resources, Agile and Lean people. A few of the participants include Alex Osterwalder, Joe Pine, Davide M. Scott, and Joe Michelli. and also a few in the Harvard crowd like Frank Cespedes, Bill Aulet, and others. TRIZ people include Ellen Domb and John Terninko. In addition, many in Agile, Kanban, Lean, TOC and Six Sigma. These include people like Dan Jones, James Womack, Bill Dettmer, Jim Benson, David Anderson, etc. I throw the big names out there for validation but I would say the less famous consultants, for lack of better word, has benefitted the most and often times are the most interesting.
