Lean Enterprise and Thedacare team together to hold Strategy Deployment Virtual Event

Join John Toussaint, M.D., CEO of the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value, in a discussion on Strategy Deployment (also known as Hoshin Kanri or Policy Deployment). This event is presented by Healthcare Value Leaders, a partnership of the Lean Enterprise Institute and the ThedaCare Center.

 

It’s a “virtual gemba” visit to ThedaCare – a 30 minute recorded video with John Toussaint and different leaders from different Gembas talking about their Hoshin planning process. Then, there is a live 60 Q&A video event for John to answer questions. I am looking forward to the event!
