Applying Deliberate Practice to the Cycles of Lean

However, none of it works at all if we do not put the proper coaching in place. I use the basics of the Toyota Kata both at a macro and micro level. The coaching questions may change some but the principles do not. If you are not familiar with Toyota Kata this is the Amazon link:
