How do you incorporate Lean into your strategic thinking?
In Sales and Marketing, I use a process very similar to The Balanced Scorecard for a visual indicator to make sure that I am doing a little “Lean” in each category. The percentage of each depends on the individual company.
What questions do you have?
Is the diagram explanatory enough?
At what level could you use this? Individual, Team, Corporate, etc
