Lean Sales and Marketing Blogshop 6 of 7: Seeking perfection in Lean Sales and Marketing

Using Lean tools such as the A3 as a template for your strategies and tactics will assist in developing measurable results of your activities. You will enter meetings armed with facts and better knowledge of sales and marketing efforts. As a result, you will engage in more meaningful conversations. Structured approaches enables one to examine each element of the decision or problem separately or systematically, and sufficiently, ensuring that all alternatives are considered. The outcome is almost always more comprehensive and more effective than the instinctive approach.

I recommend something a little different today. Review this slideshow and take next week’s marketing activities and see if if you can align them with specific outcomes described in the Lean Sales and Marketing Game.
