We used The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Lean and the Lean Learning Center as the jumping off point
but soon wandered into the development of a Lean Culture. I am always curious about how one starts. Jamie did a great job explaining. The podcast explores how to get started in lean but maybe more importantly, how to take the next step. I hope Jamie will come back one day for another Lean journey!
