The evidence on the benefits of meditation is overwhelming. If you do a search on Ted.com alone for the videos on meditation it is a treasure trove of information and validation.

The Western World has been wired to be skeptical about meditation. However, studies after studies are being brought forth that I believe are reducing that skepticism. I think this and the change of the salesperson’s mindset to one of empathy and understanding greatly enhance the use of meditation to improve sales.  And, if it increases the size of your brain, why not?
