An Agile Business must have three pillars to stand on Process Agility, Technical Agility, and Personal Agility, says Patrick Waara of ResponseAgility. Patrick was the first and only Software Design for Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Xerox Corporation before launching ResponseAgility. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified ScrumMaster, and holds a B.S, and M.S. in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University.
Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in software and IT, including software development, web development, systems engineering, project management, networks, and IT infrastructure. He has trained over 700 people around the world in Lean and Agile principles and practices.
While with Xerox, Patrick participated several times on the Business901 podcast. I encourage you to type “Waara” in the search box and listen to his other podcasts. They were always a great learning experience for me.
